Gypsy God

From the desk of Vitasta
Time: irrelevant

I recently finished these two set acrylic on canvas pieces. They were reflective of a poem I wrote in 2003 titled "Gypsy God". The imagery is taken directly from my poem, but I've added a bit of perspective from my life to the paintings. It has been a long time since I was in my early twenties, and while my soul and spirit is still a nomadic seeker, I have found some groundedness in my life, perhaps through the moon and the stars that have been witness to this slow passage of time.
 By day, by night.
By night, by day.
